Abstract:
Disclosed is a drum washing machine, comprising an inner drum (17), the inner drum (17) being a non-perforated inner drum and containing washing water when washing laundry; and further comprising an air pressure balance mechanism for communicating the inner drum (17) with the external environment, so as to balance the air pressure inside the inner drum (17). The drum washing machine has a simple structure, without the need to fill washing/rinsing water between the inner drum (17) and an outer drum (18), thereby greatly reducing the amount of washing water used by the washing machine. When water enters the drum washing machine, air in a sealed chamber of the inner drum (17) is pressurized and can overflow through the air pressure balance mechanism, thereby ensuring the air pressure balance. When the water stops suddenly, external air can quickly enter the sealed chamber of the inner drum (17) and destroy the back suction, thereby ensuring the air pressure balance and preventing the washing water from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
