Abstract:
The present invention relates to dry-blend compositions comprising redispersible acrylic polymer, non-ionic cellulose ether, vinyl or ethylene acetate copolymer, toxitropic starch solution, CaSO4-2H2O and 6 mm polyester fibre applied to form joints and give a float finish to cement panels, polystyrene panels, fibreglass panels and ceramic coatings for water tanks, wherein the present invention provides a low-cost, clean and innovative building construction system that overcomes all the drawbacks of the technologies because it does not only use conventional cement for construction.
