Abstract:
A dry distillation type discontinuous tunnel pyrolysis furnace, comprising a hot blast stove (100) and a tunnel type furnace body (4). The furnace body is divided into a drying zone (1), a pyrolysis zone (2), a cooling zone (3) and movable grid-like furnace frames (5). The furnace body (4) in the drying zone (1) is provided with a hot air inlet (11) and a moist gas discharging port (12). The inlet of the drying zone (1) is provided with a drying zone door (13). The outlet of the cooling zone (3) is provided with a cooling zone door (33). The interface between the drying zone (1) and the pyrolysis zone (2) and the interface between the pyrolysis zone (2) and the cooling zone (3) are provided with a sealing door (6), respectively. The hot blast stove (100) comprises a main body (101), a combustor (102), a chimney (103) and pyrolysis gas pipes (104). Pyrolysis gas is fed into the pyrolysis gas pipes (104). The outlets of the pyrolysis gas pipes (104) are in communication with a side wall, of the pyrolysis zone (2), at the end next to the cooling zone (3). The pyrolysis zone (2) is provided with an exhaust port (23). According to the present invention, three independent process steps in traditional treatment are performed using an integrated device by utilizing a tunnel pyrolysis furnace, the three zones work cyclically, the production cycle is short, the service life is long, the operating temperature range is wide and the energy consumption is low.
