Abstract:
A dry granulator, comprising a rack (1), a feeding device (2) mounted on the rack (1), and a pressing wheel device (3). The feeding device (2) comprises a vertical feeding screw (21), a buffer hopper (22), a stirring paddle (23), a horizontal feeding screw (24), and two driving assemblies (4). Each driving assembly (4) comprises a driving motor (41) and a driving shaft (42). The pressing wheel device (3) comprises a servo motor (31), a trapezoidal screw (32), a main pressing wheel assembly (33), and an auxiliary pressing wheel (34). The main pressing wheel assembly (33) comprises a support frame (331) and a main pressing wheel (332). A guide rail (35) is provided between the servo motor (31) and the auxiliary pressing wheel (34). The support frame (331) is provided with a screw hole (333). A coupling member (43) is provided between the output shaft of the driving motor (41) and the driving shaft (42). The coupling member (43) comprises a reserved space (431). The horizontal feeding screw (24) and the vertical feeding screw (21) are each transmittingly provided with a transmission member (25). A locking assembly (6) is provided at the joint between the transmission member (25) and the driving shaft (42).
