Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of air compressors. Disclosed is a dry oil-free air compressor using high-speed direct drive. The dry oil-free air compressor comprises a left cylinder body, wherein a middle cylinder body is fixedly connected to one end of the left cylinder body, and a right cylinder body is fixedly connected to the end of the middle cylinder body away from the left cylinder body. In the present invention, by providing a piston body, a first partition, a second partition and a control device, the control device can control an electromagnetic valve on the corresponding side to open and close during left-right movement of the piston body, such that air can be supplemented in a timely manner on the reverse side of the piston body while the piston body compresses air in the direction of movement, and air on two sides of the piston body can be compressed once every time the piston body moves back and forth, that is, by means of the adjustment of the control device and the cooperation of the piston body, it is ensured that the piston body is always in a working state of compressing air during left-right reciprocating movement of the piston body in a piston cylinder, such that the compression efficiency is improved.
