Abstract:
A dryer is disclosed. The present dryer comprises: a user interface for receiving a drying course input; a communication interface; a drum for receiving objects to be dried; a hot air supply device for supplying hot air to the drum; a sensing device, which can self-generate power according to the rotation of the drum and transmits sensing data according to generated voltage to the communication interface; and a processor for controlling the operation of the hot air supply device on the basis of the drying course input received through the user interface, wherein the processor determines the operation time of the hot air supply device on the basis of the sensing data.
