Abstract:
A dryer includes a drum including a drum body providing a space for storing clothes, a front cover forming a front surface of the drum body, a rear cover forming a rear surface of the drum body, and a drum inlet penetrating through the front cover and communicating with the inside of the drum body, a fixing panel disposed apart from the rear cover and having a through hole formed thereon, a motor including a stator mounted in the through hole, and a rotor rotating by the stator, a power transmitter including a housing fixed to the fixing panel, the housing including a first shaft coupled to the rotor, a second shaft coupled to the rear cover, and an interlocking gear configured to transmit a rotational force of the first shaft to the second shaft by decelerating the rotational force, and a driving unit bracket mounted in the through hole.
