Abstract:
Disclosed are a drying device control method and a drying system. When the dry-bulb temperature in a baking room＜a temperature threshold and the wet-bulb temperature in the baking room＜a low humidity threshold, air flow in a main air duct is heated by means of a first condenser and a second condenser, so that the temperature in the baking room is increased, and heat supply and temperature increasing of the baking room are achieved. When the dry-bulb temperature in the baking room＜the temperature threshold and the wet-bulb temperature in the baking room≥the low-humidity threshold, an inner dehumidification circulating fan operates, a dehumidification throttling apparatus is turned on, the air flow is dehumidified by means of an evaporation section of the heat pipe heat exchanger and an inner dehumidification evaporator; and the air flow is heated by means of a condensation section of the heat pipe heat exchanger, the first condenser and the second condenser, so that the dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb temperature in the baking room are increased. Therefore, according to the drying device control method and the drying system of the present invention, not only is temperature and humidity control in a baking room achieved, but heat recovery is also carried out on air exhausted by the baking room by means of the heat pipe heat exchanger, thus achieving the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption.
