Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drying device, and more specifically relates to a drying device which uses the heat of an externally provided heating furnace twice when drying a drying material such as wood shavings or sludge of high water content generated in a water treatment plant, and which thereby increases heat efficiency and in addition makes it possible to agitate the drying material completely and hence makes it possible to dry the drying material so as to greatly improve the drying degree thereof. The present invention for achieving above objective comprises: a drying furnace for holding and drying the drying material; flues which are formed on a lower part and a side part of the drying furnace so as to heat the drying furnace; and a moving device for moving the drying material which is supplied to the drying furnace, and, in the present invention, the moving device comprises: a plurality of screw rods provided inside of the drying furnace; and a motor for rotating the screw rods protruding at an end in length direction of the drying furnace.
