Abstract:
Provided is a drying and extracting apparatus capable of drying an object to be dried and extracting a prescribed extract from the object to be dried under temperature and pressure suitable for the kind of the object to be dried. A drying and extracting apparatus 100 comprises: a processing tank 1 capable of accommodating an object to be dried; a wall surface heater 13 and a floor surface heater 14 that increase the temperature in the processing tank 1; a condenser 9 that liquefies a vacuum-extracted extract 31 contained in a fluid sucked in through a vacuum suction path 2 from inside the processing tank 1; an oil-water separating means 11 for separating a liquefied vacuum-extracted liquefied extract 32 into a vacuum-extracted oily extract 21 and a vacuum-extracted aqueous extract 23; a heat exchanger 12 that liquefies a heating-extracted extract 27 contained in a fluid sucked in through a fluid suction path 25 from the processing tank 1; a thermometer 16, a thermo-hygrometer 15, and a compound pressure gauge 17 that measure the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure in the processing tank 1; and an object thermometer 18 that measures the temperature of the object M to be dried that is accommodated in the processing tank 1.
