Abstract:
A dual-box switching-type roof bolter, comprising a rack (1), a chain conveying system (2), a pushing mechanism (3), a drilling box (4), an anchor box (5), a feeding assembly (6) and a switching assembly (7). The chain conveying system is disposed on the rack, and the chain conveying system can rotate around the axial direction of the rack. The peripheral side of the chain conveying system is provided with a plurality of fixing structures. The plurality of fixing structures are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rack and are used for fixing an anchor. The chain conveying system is used for driving the anchor to rotate in the circumferential direction of the rack and move to a first position. The pushing mechanism is disposed on the rack, and the pushing mechanism is adapted to push the anchor that has moved to the first position to a second position. The drilling box and the anchor box are both guided to be slidingly assembled on the rack. The drilling box has a first working position and a first waiting position, and the anchor box has a second working position and a second waiting position. The described dual-box switching-type roof bolter improves the automation and reliability of drilling operations, and the smooth operation of the roof bolter is ensured.
