Abstract:
A dual-drive five-linkage mechanism, comprising: a first linkage rod (1), a second linkage rod (2), a third linkage rod (3), a fourth linkage rod (4) and a fifth linkage rod (5) which are sequentially connected to form a cyclic structure. The first linkage rod (1) is a fixed rod, while the second linkage rod (2), the third linkage rod (3), the fourth linkage rod (4) and the fifth linkage rod (5) are movable rods; a first drive motor (11) is provided at the end of the second linkage rod (2) that is connected to the first linkage rod (1), and a second drive motor (12) is provided at the end of the fifth linkage rod (5) that is connected to the first linkage rod (1). The dual-drive five-linkage mechanism is simple in structure and flexible to use, and can provide excellent mechanical transmission performances; moreover, compared with conventional four-linkage mechanisms, the present mechanism can produce more complex motion outputs, including intermittent motions and so on; the mechanism has diverse output trajectories, and can flexibly be adapted to use in products of various specifications.
