Abstract:
A dual-drum clothes treatment apparatus, a laundry apparatus and a control method therefor, which are aimed at solving the problems of bacteria being prone to breeding after washing clothes in a laundering drum assembly of an existing clothes treatment apparatus in which laundering and drying are performed in different sections, and a second wash performed by a user being thus affected. The dual-drum clothes treatment apparatus comprises a drying drum (2), a laundering drum assembly, a drying air duct (3), a fan (4) and a valve structure, wherein the fan (4) is arranged in the drying air duct (3), the drying air duct (3) is in communication with the drying drum (2); the laundering drum assembly is in communication with the drying drum (2) or is in communication with a portion of the drying air duct (3) located downstream of the fan (4) via an air intake pipeline (7); the laundering drum assembly is in communication with the outside via an air output pipeline (8); and the valve structure is configured to be capable of opening and closing only the air intake pipeline (7), or opening and closing both the air intake pipeline (7) and the air output pipeline (8). The device can avoid the breeding of bacteria caused by residual water inside the laundering drum assembly, and can also prevent a second wash performed by the user from being affected, thereby improving the user experience, and greatly simplifying the product structure.
