A dual fuel supply system for an engine, comprising a common rail tube (10) and an injection tube assembly (20) in communication with the common rail tube (10). The common rail tube (10) is provided therein with an oil passage (12) and a gas passage (11) spaced apart in a radial direction, the injection tube assembly (20) is provided therein with an oil injection channel (211) and a gas injection channel (221) spaced apart in the radial direction, and the oil injection channel (211) is in communication with the oil passage (12), and oil in the common rail tube (10) can flow into the oil injection channel (211) of the injection tube assembly (20) through the oil passage (12). The gas injection channel (221) is in communication with the gas passage (11), and the gas in the common rail tube (10) can flow into the gas injection channel (221) of the injection tube assembly (20) through the gas passage (11). Further disclosed is a dual fuel engine. The dual fuel supply system for an engine can reduce the number of components, greatly reduce the cost of the engine, and also has the advantages of being convenient to arrange and having a compact and attractive appearance.
