Abstract:
A dual-guide mold opening and closing mechanism of a bottle blow molding machine. The bottom of a mold frame is provided with a sliding frame that slides back and forth relative to the mold frame, and the mold frame is internally provided with a side mold base that slides transversely; a lifting mold locking plate is arranged between the mold frame and the side mold base; a plurality of curve grooves are machined in the sliding frame, the side mold base and the mold locking plate are provided with rollers corresponding to the curve grooves, and the sliding frame indirectly drives, by means of the curve grooves, the side mold base and the mold locking plate to move; a first sliding mechanism is arranged between the side mold base and the mold frame, and the first sliding mechanism is of a sliding block and guide rail type structure; and a second sliding mechanism is arranged between the side mold base and the mold locking plate, and the second sliding mechanism comprises a first guide block fixed onto the mold locking plate, and a second guide block fixed onto the side mold base, wherein a slideway is machined in the first guide block, and the second guide block has a protrusion extending into the slideway. The mold opening and closing mechanism of a bottle blow molding machine is provided with two sliding mechanisms, which is a change from the customary design mode whereby an existing side mold base is only provided with a guide at the bottom; therefore, the movement of the side mold base is more stable, and the mold closing precision is improved.
