Abstract:
A dual-optical-path spectrometer, a color measurement apparatus, and a calibration method. The color measurement apparatus obtains reflected light of a measured sample and reflected light of a test light source, which are respectively inputted into a first incident slit (2) and a second incident slit (3) of the spectrometer by means of Y-shaped optical path units, enter a grating (5) by means of a lens (1), and are split by means of the grating (5) to return diffractive light spots which are then distributed on a photosensitive surface of a sensor (8) on the incident slit side in a staggered manner by means of the lens (1); a diaphragm (7) provided with staggered openings (6) is provided on the photosensitive surface in a matching manner, so that the photosensitive surface at each staggered opening (6) only receives an optical signal of one optical path, thereby improving the short-term repeatability of light splitting and color measurement. During wavelength calibration, optical signals of a calibration light source (11) are obtained by means of the Y-shaped optical path units, respectively, pixel position information of the optical signals collected by the sensor (8) of the spectrometer is obtained, wavelength data and the pixel position information are fitted by means of a fourth-order polynomial, and a correspondence between a pixel and a wavelength is adjusted, so as to calibrate the wavelength, thereby improving the short-term repeatability of light splitting and color measurement.
