The present invention relates to the field of 3D printing, and provides a dual-print head assembly and a control method therefor, and a 3D printer. The present invention comprises: a print head base plate, a fixed print head and a movable print head being provided on the print head base plate, and the position of the movable print head on the print head base plate being adjustable along the length direction of the movable print head; and a filament feeding assembly, disposed on the print head base plate, the filament feeding assembly being used for controlling feeding of a filament in the fixed print head or the movable print head. The present invention reduces the possibility of the other print head scratching a model, reduces influences of the print heads on the printing process, and improves the 3D printing quality and the reliability of a printing action.
