Abstract:
Disclosed is a dual-regenerative-chamber type powder-material flying melting furnace, which can be widely applied in the fields of glass production, iron-making, non-ferrous metal smelting, solid fuel gasification, etc. An existing melting furnace is provided with two regenerative chambers, which are used in turn to preheat oxygen-containing gases and cooling high-temperature gas products, two melting furnaces are needed for feeding in turn, melts are often condensed and bonded on inner walls of feeding ports of the two melting furnaces, and consequently, the feeding ports are blocked, smooth feeding of raw materials is affected, and production is greatly affected. In the dual-regenerative-chamber type powder-material flying melting furnace, a purging gas input port is provided in a common feeding pipeline or a raw material feeding pipeline, a forced feeding apparatus is arranged on the feeding ports, and the raw material feeding pipeline is configured to be a movable feeding pipe, such that the melts can be effectively prevented from being condensed and bonded on the inner walls of the feeding ports.
