Abstract:
A dual-sided printing mechanism having separable upper and lower printing wheels comprises a separation mechanism (20) for driving the separation of an upper printing wheel (11) and lower printing wheel (12); the separation mechanism (20) comprises a first half shaft (22) and a second half shaft (23) connected by means of a planetary gear mechanism (21), a first driving gear (24) mounted on the first half shaft (22), a second driving gear (25) mounted on the second half shaft (23), a first driven gear (27) mounted on a first auxiliary shaft (26) and engaged with the first driving gear (24), and a second driven gear (29) mounted on a second auxiliary shaft (28) and engaged with the second driving gear (25); an upper printing wheel shaft (110) is articulated to the first auxiliary shaft (26), a lower printing wheel shaft (120) is articulated to the second auxiliary shaft (28), the first auxiliary shaft (26) acts in concert with a first arc-shaped guide rail strip (31), and the second auxiliary shaft (28) acts in concert with a second arc-shaped guide rail strip (32). A gear transmission system of the separation mechanism (20) allows the upper printing wheel (11) and the lower printing wheel (12) to be far away from one other, providing convenience to an operator when correcting the printing mechanism and when placing cloth between the upper printing wheel and the lower printing wheel.
