Abstract:
The present application discloses a dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit and an electronic device. The dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit comprises a radio frequency transceiver, a radio frequency multimode multiband power amplifier (MMPA) device, a medium-band power amplifier (MB PA) device, a filtering circuit and an antenna; the radio frequency MMPA device is used for receiving a radio frequency signal from the radio frequency transceiver, performing power amplification on the received radio frequency signal, supporting selective transmission of a plurality of high-band signals, selective transmission of a plurality of MB signals and selective transmission of a plurality of low-band signals, and supporting selective reception of a plurality of high-band signals; the MB PA device is used for receiving an MB signal from the radio frequency transceiver, performing power amplification on the received MB signal, and supporting selective transmission of a plurality of MB signals; the filtering circuit is used for receiving radio frequency signals output by the radio frequency MMPA device and the MB PA device, performing filtering processing on a radio frequency signal of a first standard, and performing simultaneous transceiving processing and filtering processing on a radio frequency signal of a second standard; the filtered radio frequency signals are output to the antenna for transmitting, so as to achieve transmission of an ENDC combination of any two of a low-band signal, an MB signal and a high-band signal, wherein an MB PA and a low-band power amplifier (LB PA) in the radio frequency MMPA device are powered by different power supplies from the MB PA device. According to the dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit provided by the present application, transmission of an ENDC combination of any two of an LB signal, an MB signal and an HB signal can be achieved without requiring two MMPA devices, thereby reducing the occupied area of the mainboard of an electronic device where the dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit is located, and also reducing costs. Furthermore, a dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit in some regions needing to support more downlink CA combinations and a dual-transmitting radio frequency circuit of TXM independently using one SP16T switch share a circuit, thereby saving manpower and material resources.
