Abstract:
A duplicate type three-phase AC motor includes a housing, stators and rotors. Said stators are mounted on the housing, and surround the rotors. The rotors are supported within the housing by a rotor shaft. Two sets of stators are juxtaposed in the housing along the direction of the rotor shaft, and the rotors are disposed on the corresponding positions. When said motor is started, the two sets of stators are powered up, therefore the motor can generate large starting moment. When the motor becomes normal working state and the load is reduced, only one set of stators are powered up, therefore the motor can generate rating moment. The invention has following advantages: the combination of starting power and working power is large range; the mating effect is good and the saving energy effect is obvious.
