Abstract:
A durable high-pressure airless spraying machine, comprising a housing (1), a liquid storage container (2), and a plunger pump (3), wherein the plunger pump (3) comprises a plunger cavity (4), a liquid inlet cavity (5), a liquid outlet cavity (6), and a pressure relief valve (7); the bottom of the liquid storage container (2) is communicated with the liquid inlet cavity (5); a pressure protection apparatus is arranged on the plunger cavity (4); the plunger pump (3) is arranged at one side of the liquid storage container (2) and is lower than the lower end surface of the liquid storage container (2); a piston is arranged in the plunger cavity (4); a piston rod (29) is fixedly arranged at one end of the piston; the piston rod (29) is driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocatingly move; the driving mechanism comprises an adapter box (30) fixedly connected to one end of the piston rod (29); the adapter box (30) is rotatably connected to a driving handle (32); and the other end of the driving handle (32) is rotatably connected to an eccentric rotating structure. The spraying machine is safe to use.
