Abstract:
This dust collection filter cloth comprises: a base material layer that is made of a plain-weave or twill-weave stainless steel wire-containing inorganic fiber cloth; a downstream-side slip-flow layer that is disposed on the top surface of the base material layer, and that is made of alumina-silica fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm; a stacked layer that is disposed on the top surface of the downstream-side slip-flow layer, and that comprises organic fibers or inorganic fibers having a fiber diameter of 2 to 30 μm in a basis weight of 200 to 1800 g/m2, or comprising stainless steel metallic fibers having a fiber diameter of 2 to 30 μm in a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/m2; a heat-resistant binder that is coated onto the bottom surface of the base material layer and the top surface of the stacked layer; and an upstream-side slip-flow layer that is disposed on the top surface of the heat-resistant binder on the stacked layer side, and that is made of alumina-silica fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm. The base material layer, the downstream-side slip-flow layer, and the stacked layer are integrated by needling.
