Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a dust-free assembling apparatus, which is placed in a dust-free environment. The dust-free assembling apparatus comprises a main body and an assembling device; a dust-free chamber is formed in the main body and used for discharging dust; the main body comprises a frame and door plates mounted on the frame; the frame is hollow and used for wiring; the positions where the door plates are attached to the frame are sealed; the assembling device is arranged in the dust-free chamber; the assembling device comprises a moving part, and the movement form of the moving part is set to be a rolling form; supports are provided in the dust-free chamber, and the assembling device is mounted on the supports to be spaced apart from the bottom of the dust-free chamber so as to form a cleaning space; the dust-free level in the dust-free chamber is superior to that of the dust-free environment. The present invention aims at improving the dust-free effect in the product production and assembly process, satisfying the clean requirements of product production.
