Abstract:
Disclosed are a dust isolation and dust settling method and a dust isolation and dust settling system for dust production due to cutting of a coal mining machine on a fully mechanized mining face. Multiple first air/water nozzles (9) are evenly arranged on the body of the coal mining machine (1), a plate trailer is arranged respectively in front of and at the back of the coal mining machine (1), each plate trailer is provided with a dust removal fan (5), multiple second air/water nozzles (18) are evenly arranged on the dust removal fan (5), a transparent high strength material dust guard plate (21) is arranged between an upright post (20) of a hydraulic bracket (25) and the coal mining machine (1), and a water-only spray head (24) is respectively provided at an upper portion and a lower portion of the transparent high strength material dust guard plate (21). The transparent high strength material dust guard plate (21) and the fully mechanized mining face form a closed cutting isolation space, and in cooperation with the dust removal fan (5), the first air/water nozzles (9), the second air/water nozzles (18) and a high-pressure micro mist nozzle (15), the operation of dust isolation and dust settling is performed on the fully mechanized mining face. By means of ventilation for dust discharge, spraying for dust settling, dust removal by a dust removal fan, and dust isolation measures on the fully mechanized mining face, the amount of dust on the fully mechanized mining face is greatly reduced, and the harsh downhole environment is improved.
