Abstract:
Disclosed is a dust-removal device for a spinning-and-weaving apparatus. A spinning-and-weaving box body (4) is arranged on a supporting table (1); a spinning-and-weaving operation table (8) is arranged on the supporting table (1) and located in the spinning-and-weaving box body (4); a box door (5) is rotatably arranged at the front end of the spinning-and-weaving box body (4), and a door handle (6) is arranged on the box door (5); a driving electric motor (10) is connected to the spinning-and-weaving box body (4); an output end of the driving electric motor (10) is connected to a lead screw (11); one end of the lead screw (11) that is away from the driving electric motor (10) is connected to an inner ring of a bearing (9); a supporting rod (12) is arranged in the spinning-and-weaving box body (4) and is parallel to the lead screw (11); a supporting plate (15) is arranged at the upper end of a sliding seat (13) and is connected to a dust suction pipe (16); two ends of the dust suction pipe (16) extend out of the sliding seat (13) and are connected to a plurality of groups of dust suction heads (17); a pipe connecting hole (161) is provided in the dust suction pipe (16); a spinning-and-weaving mechanism (14) is connected to the lower end of the sliding seat (13); one end of a connecting hose (18) is connected to the pipe connecting hole (161), and the other end thereof is connected to a dust storage box (20); the dust storage box (20) and a dust collector (21) are arranged on a connecting plate (3); and the dust storage box (20) is connected to the dust collector (21).
