Abstract:
Disclosed is a dust removal device comprising a cyclone separator, a precipitation chamber (1), a fume baffle hood (2) and a long fume duct (3), wherein the fume baffle hood (2) is located inside the precipitation chamber (1), a short chimney (5) is provided at the upper part of the precipitation chamber (1), the top of the short chimney (5) is a purified gas outlet flange (6), the long fume duct (3) is located at the lower part of the fume baffle hood (2), the fume baffle hood (2) is welded to the long fume duct (3) via a support (7), the bottom of the long fume duct (3) is provided with a gas-containing dust inlet (8), the fume baffle hood (2) is provided with several blowing nozzles (9), and the gas containing dust inlet (8) is connected to the cyclone separator.
