Abstract:

A dust-removing device 100 comprises: a cover plate 102 which covers a sensor detection unit 10; and a blowing unit 104 which has a buffer tank 106, a Coanda flow path 108, and an outlet 110, and which blows a fluid F onto the cover plate 102. The buffer tank 106 temporarily stores the fluid F. The Coanda flow path 108 connects the buffer tank 106 and the outlet 110, has a curved Coanda surface 114, and guides, to the outlet 110, fluid F that has flowed into the Coanda flow path 108 from the buffer tank 106, while drawing the fluid F toward the Coanda surface 114 via the Coanda effect. The outlet 110 outputs the fluid F in a direction along the surface of the cover plate 102.
