Abstract:
A dust treatment device for an asphalt mixing plant, comprising a support (1). A housing (2) having a recessed structure is fixedly provided on the inner side wall of the support (1), and a dust hopper (201) having a recessed structure is fixedly provided on the bottom end surface of the housing (2). When the device is used, an operator energizes a first motor (5), so that a suction fan (6) suctions dust in the housing (2) by means of a second air suction pipe (8), dust is suctioned into the housing (2) from a first air suction pipe (3), large particles in air are blocked by a baffle (14) and fall into the dust hopper (201), air passes through a cloth bag (13), dust is filtered, and clean air is discharged from an air discharge pipe (7). When the air resistance is found to be increasingly larger, an air compression pipe (11) is used to spray compressed air to the cloth bag (13) located therebelow, so that dust particles on the cloth bag (13) fall into the dust hopper (201) located therebelow, and then, a second electric telescopic rod (17) is energized, so that a telescopic end of the second electric telescopic rod (17) drives a shielding plate (18) to move to shield dust in the dust hopper (201), thereby preventing secondary flying dust in the device.
