Abstract:
Disclosed is a special-purpose dye for the industrialisation of dyeing cotton fibre in supercritical carbon dioxide, wherein the dye can react with cotton fibres, and a preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: dissolving a natural dye containing a hydroxyl group in an organic solvent; in the presence of an acid-binding agent, dropwise adding an alcohol compound containing a halogen group into a reaction system; after the reaction is complete, precipitating the product with another solvent; and then filtrating and drying same to obtain the compound as described. The resulting compound is used for dyeing cotton fibres in supercritical carbon dioxide. The provided dye is capable of dyeing the cotton fibres under supercritical carbon dioxide conditions and has a better colour fastness while dyeing the cotton fibres.
