Abstract:
This dyeing device anchors a dye to a resin body by heating the resin body to the dyeing surface of which a dye has been adhered. The dyeing device is provided with an electromagnetic wave generation unit that generates electromagnetic waves and a control unit that controls the operation of the dyeing device. The control unit can control the amount of heat application, which is the amount of heat applied to the resin body per unit time by electromagnetic waves generated by the electromagnetic wave generation unit. The control unit can cause the dyeing device to execute a first irradiation step and second irradiation step. In the first irradiation step, the resin body is irradiated by electromagnetic waves. The second irradiation step is executed following the first irradiation step. In the second irradiation step, the amount of heat application is controlled to an amount of heat that is smaller than the amount of heat application in the first irradiation step, and the resin body is irradiated by electromagnetic waves.
