Abstract:
A dynamic addiction neural circuit generation method and system based on weakly supervised contrastive learning, relating to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The generation method comprises: reducing the dimensionality of a plurality of fMRI voxels to brain region node attributes on the basis of a convolutional neural network, and generating, according to the brain region node attributes, a plurality of dynamic brain connectomes comprising time series (S11); extracting spatial-temporal features of a brain connection in each of the dynamic brain connectomes (S13); inputting the spatial-temporal features into an abnormal connection detection network, calculating a probability of abnormality of the brain connection on the basis of comparative learning, and obtaining a brain connection having a maximum probability of abnormality at each moment (S14); and generating a dynamic addiction neural circuit according to prior knowledge of neuroscience and the brain connection having the maximum probability of abnormality (S15). A fMRI image is directly inputted into a model so that redundant and complex preprocessing and calculation are omitted. By means of comparative learning, differences among brain connections of different samples are obtained, in combination with a few prior knowledge of neuroscience, an addiction neural circuit mechanism is revealed, training is easy, and precision is high.
