Abstract:
Disclosed is a dynamic balance calibration machine suitable for testing complex rotating parts, the dynamic balance calibration machine comprising: a dynamic balance main body (1); a rotary balance mechanism (2), wherein the rotary balance mechanism (2) is fixedly mounted in the dynamic balance main body (1), the rotary balance mechanism (2) comprises a power machine (21) and a rotary disc (22), the rotary disc (22) being fixedly mounted on a driving shaft of the power machine (21), and the rotary disc (22) being in driving connection with the power machine (21); and a center-of-gravity determining mechanism (3), wherein the center-of-gravity determining mechanism (3) is arranged on the rotary balance mechanism (2), and the center-of-gravity determining mechanism (3) comprises a fixing support (31), a first sliding block (32) and a first suspension wire (33), the fixing support (31) being fixedly mounted in the rotary disc (22), the fixing support (31) being door-frame shaped, the first sliding block (32) being slidably mounted on the fixing support (31), and the first suspension wire (33) being arranged below the first sliding block (32) and used for suspending a part under test. The dynamic balance calibration machine can carry out dynamic balance testing on irregular rotating parts and/or different models of rotating parts, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble, is practical, simple to install, and suitable for popularization.
