Abstract:
The present application provides a dynamic monitoring method for deep sleep, comprising the following steps: first storing the standard values of some variables in a server; collecting data, establishing a model on coordinates, and calculating the variables; comparing the calculated variables with the standard values of the variables stored in the server; analyzing the comparison results and performing overall analysis; and estimating the duration of deep sleep and transmitting a message for reminding. By means of the dynamic monitoring method for deep sleep, the calculated variables are compared with the standard values of the variables stored in the server, the comparison results are analyzed, the duration of deep sleep is estimated, and the message is transmitted for reminding; a data statistics method is used to calculate the deep sleep, thereby well compensating for the defect of using an accelerator sensor for statistics on the market; the dynamic monitoring of sleep can make people scientifically manage their own health, thereby providing convenient, real-time, safe, and accurate service for users.
