Abstract:
A dynamic video presentation method applied to a GIS and a system thereof. The method comprises: a transmitting end packaging metadata into a first video stream in a time-synchronized manner, generating a second video stream; transmitting the second video stream to a receiving end via a communication link; after parsing the second video stream into the first video stream and the time-synchronized metadata thereof, packaging the first video stream and the time-synchronized metadata thereof into an MISB-standard video stream and transmitting same to a GIS unit; and after the GIS unit generates a synchronized data pair on the basis of the MISB standard video stream and distributes, frame-by-frame, the time-synchronized image frames and metadata in the data pair to a data processing unit, and after the data processing unit generates single-frame image data and time-synchronized geographical element data thereof on the basis of the image frame and the metadata, rendering the single-frame image data and the geographical element data to a display interface.
