Abstract:

When a case for this dynamo-electric machine has an inner case member for containing a stator and also has an outer case member for containing the inner case member, vibration transmitted from the stator through the inner case member to the outer case member is suppressed. An inner case member (1) is provided with a first cylindrical section (11) and a first protrusion section (13) which protrudes on the axial first side (L1) from the first cylindrical section (11) toward the radially inner side (R2). The outer case section (2) is provided with a second cylindrical section (12) and a second protrusion section (14) which protrudes on the axial first side (L1) with respect to the first protrusion section (13), from the second cylindrical section (12) toward the radially inner side (R2). A refrigerant flow passage (16) is formed between the first cylindrical section (11) and the second cylindrical section (12), and the first protrusion section (13) and the second protrusion section (14) are affixed to each other.
