The present invention pertains to the field of medicine and can be used for applying a physio-therapeutic treatment against problems in the locomotive apparatus of a patient. This invention relates to a device comprising at least four main and secondary magnets which are respectively mounted on a rotating fan and on a fixed plate. The main magnets have different magnetic induction values and are mounted on the blades of a fan so that their identical or different poles face the working surface of the housing. It is further possible to change the rotation speed and orientation of the fan. The device also includes light radiation sources one of which is arranged at the centre of the working surface, while the others have different radiation powers and are mounted on the fixed plate. This device further includes a control unit comprising a control with switches for controlling the rotation speed and orientation of the fan as well as for selecting different treatment modes which can be displayed. The control unit also includes circuits for switching on the light radiation sources and for synchronising the fan rotation speed with the switching-on of said radiation sources. This device offers different treatment modes, i.e. magnetic, light or combined modes which can be controlled by the patient himself or by medical staff using the control which is directly fitted into the housing.
