Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] The invention prevents problems, before they occur, in a multiple-participant network game wherein e-mails inside and outside the game can be communicated in cooperation with each other and wherein the game can be used with Internet e-mail addresses, which are personal information, not opened. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An e-mail community system, which allows characters in a network game to communicate with each other, includes a step of allowing, when a transmitter uses a dedicated e-mail address, a receiver to use the dedicated e-mail address and an Internet e-mail address to perform transmission/reception; and a step of automatically converting, when the transmitter uses an Internet e-mail address, the Internet e-mail address to a dedicated e-mail address and allowing the receiver to use the dedicated e-mail address to perform transmission/reception. In addition, a program for causing the e-mail community system to function is prepared, and a computer-readable recording medium in which the program has been recorded is prepared.
