Disclosed is an easily removable rubber and plastic toilet seat, comprising a support block, wherein a through hole is provided in a side face of the support block, two engagement devices are arranged in the through hole, and each of the engagement devices comprises a connecting rod, the top and bottom ends of the connecting rod being respectively fixedly connected to the top and bottom of an inner surface of the through hole, and a left side face of the connecting rod being fixedly connected to a right side face of a slidable rod via two springs. According to the easily removable rubber and plastic toilet seat, when a body of the seat needs to be removed for replacement and cleaning, two handles are manually pulled upwards, the handles drive, via a traction rope, the slidable rod to move inward, so that two circular rods get closer to each other, the circular rods are drawn out of circular holes, and the circular rods are no longer connected to fixing blocks via the circular holes. At this moment, the body of the seat, a U-shaped plate and the fixing blocks can be removed. The whole process is simple, convenient and quick, thereby facilitating manual cleaning and replacement of the body of the seat, and making people's lives convenient.
