Abstract:
An easy-clean impeller washing machine. An inner cylinder and an outer cylinder are nested concentrically, and an inner cylinder fastening mechanism comprises a positioning disk assembly and a clamping claw assembly. The positioning disk assembly comprises a fixing disk (3), a circumferential positioning disk (2) and an axial positioning disk (1), the three disks being fixedly connected as an integrated structure and being nested on an impeller shaft (5) via a through-hole at the centre of the fixing disk (3). The clamping claw assembly comprises a claw disk (11) and fixing claws (7), a bottom surface of the claw disk (11) being provided with a circumferential positioning groove (10), claw bases (9) being distributed on an outer circumference of the claw disk (11), the fixing claws (7) being hingedly connected to the claw bases (9), positioning pieces (12) being arranged on the fixing claws (7). An impeller rapid connection mechanism comprises an outer sleeve (21), an inner column (16), a pressure spring (20), balls (22) and a pressure cover (19), ball holes being arranged at a bottom portion of the inner column (16), the balls (22) being arranged within the holes, the pressure spring (20) being sleeved on the inner column (16), the outer sleeve (21) being sleeved outside the inner column (16), the pressure cover (19) being fixedly connected to the inner column (16), an impeller bottom portion also being provided with a connecting sleeve (24). The present device is simple in structure, easy to disassemble and convenient to clean. An ordinary consumer can easily remove the inner cylinder of the washing machine and independently clean the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, so as to achieve the goal of disinfecting and decontaminating said cylinders.
