Abstract:
Provided is an easy-control technology for preparing biomass skeletal charcoal having a micropore-mesopore structure and a high specific surface area, comprising: using straws as a raw material; spraying a 50-85 wt% potassium salt solution to the crushed dry straws, and reacting for 1-4 hours in a 600-1,000°C nitrogen atmosphere for high temperature carbonization; preserving the heat of the carbonized straw charcoal in a 280-350°C air atmosphere for 1-7 hours; and adjusting the potassium salt concentration and the reaction temperature, and using an activating technology for the low temperature etching and peeling of a natural biomass using a sub-molten salt method to prepare biomass skeletal charcoal, the specific surface area of the biomass skeletal charcoal being 500-3000 m2/g and the most probable pore size thereof being 1-20 nm. The method implements a pore size adjustable within a micropore range and a mesopore range, is corrosion-free and environmentally friendly, features low costs, simple and easy-control preparation conditions and technologies, and wide raw material sources, facilitates large-scale production, and can be applied to the fields such as of high-efficiency adsorption, catalyzation, and energy storage.
