Abstract:
An easy-to-clean textile fabric printing machine, comprising a printing machine body (1), a mounting frame (2), a feeding roll (3), a recovery roll (4), a transition roll (5), a cleaning belt (6), an adjusting assembly (7), a compression assembly (8), a transmission assembly (9) and a spray gun (10); the feeding roll is rotatably arranged on one side of the mounting frame; the recovery roll is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame; the transition roll is rotatably arranged on the other side of the mounting frame; the adjusting assembly is arranged on the mounting frame; the compression assembly is symmetrically arranged on the upper and lower sides of the cleaning belt; and the spray gun is arranged on the mounting frame. Provided with the feeding roll, the recovery roll, the transition roll and the cleaning belt, the textile fabric printing machine realizes simultaneous cleaning of both sides of a guide belt (12), and can automatically replace a cleaning cotton layer, solving the problems of cleaning of both sides of the guide belt and difficulty in replacing the cleaning cotton layer; provided with the spray gun, the textile fabric printing machine can automatically spray a cleaning liquid to the cleaning belt, solving the problems of waste water and waste gas production, etc.; and provided with the adjusting assembly and the compression assembly, the textile fabric printing machine achieves automatic cleaning, solving the problem of manual cleaning.
