The present invention relates to a seeding pot used for growing plants, the seeding pot comprising: a first pot (10) having a flange (11) formed on the external circumferential surface of the upper end thereof, a receiving portion (12) with a predetermined depth that is formed therein to receive seeds, and a plurality of through-holes (13) formed through the bottom and side thereof; a second pot (20) having a structure in which the top and bottom thereof are open and having upper and lower flanges (21, 22) formed on the external circumferential surface of the upper end thereof and on the inner circumferential surface of the lower end thereof, the first pot (10) being received in the second pot (20); and a third pot (30) having a structure in which the top and bottom thereof are open and having upper and lower flanges (31, 32) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end thereof and on the inner circumferential surface of the lower end thereof, the second pot (20) being received in the third pot (30), wherein the flange (11) of the first port (10) is located above the lower flange (22) of the second port (20), and the upper flange (21) of the second pot (20) is located above the lower flange (32) of the third pot (30) so that the first and second pots (10, 20) can be individually extracted to a lower side.
