Abstract:
Provided are an eccentric rotary grinding head (100) for an interventional medical device, a manufacturing method therefor, a driving shaft, and an interventional medical device. The eccentric rotary grinding head (100) is provided with a connecting hole (10) configured for being connected to a flexible shaft (200). The eccentric rotary grinding head (100) comprises an eccentric base body and an abrasive particle layer on the outer side of the eccentric base body. The side surface of the eccentric base body comprises a first curved surface (20), a second curved surface (40) and a third curved surface (30). The third curved surface (30) is at least part of a cylindrical surface. The first curved surface (20) and the second curved surface (40) are symmetrical about a central plane (60) of the eccentric base body and are each a part of a convex curved surface formed by rotating a convex curve (50) around a central axis (11) of the connecting hole (10). The distance from points on the convex curve (50) to the central axis (11) gradually increases along the direction from the end surface of the eccentric base body to the central plane (60). The two curved surfaces (20, 40) are partially connected at the central plane (60) of the eccentric base body, forming at least one continuous smooth generatrix on the side surface of the eccentric base body. Not only can the range of blood vessels for which the eccentric rotary grinding head (100) is suitable be wider, but also the controllability and safety of the operation can be improved.
