Provided are echo cancellation-related circuit and method, being used to improve the effect of the echo cancellation. In the echo cancellation circuit, one end of a first resistance unit and one end of a fourth resistance unit both receive a first differential signal, and one end of a second resistance unit and one end of a third resistance unit both receive a second differential signal, the first resistance unit and the third resistance unit being fixed value resistors having the same resistance value; the second resistance unit comprising a first fixed value resistor and a second fixed value resistor connected in series, and the fourth resistance unit comprising a third fixed value resistor and a fourth fixed value resistor connected in series; one end of an adjustable resistance unit being connected between the first fixed value resistor and the second fixed value resistor, and the other end of the adjustable resistance unit being connected to between the third fixed value resistor and the fourth fixed value resistor, so as to adjust the amplitude of the second differential signal flowing through the second resistance unit and adjust the amplitude of the first differential signal flowing through the fourth resistance unit; the adjustable resistance unit being further connected to an adjustable current source, so as to receiving the current output from the adjustable current source.
