Provided are an eco-friendly one-sided antioxidant adhesive tape for water tank sealing, a method for manufacturing same, and a water tank module using same. The one-sided adhesive tape comprises: a base film; a first adhesive layer disposed on the base film; a release film disposed on the first adhesive later; and a second adhesive layer disposed on the release film.
