Abstract:
This present invention relates to an eco-friendly ultra-high temperature thermal decomposition system for waste-to-energy, comprising: a thermal decomposition chamber to maintain temperature above 850°C without any auxiliary fuel; a double-layered air-curtain maker having ten vertical levels of air inlets to trap air pollutant materials for more than 2 seconds within the thermal decomposition chamber; central and lower oil nozzles to spray auxiliary fuel: an outer shredder to shred input materials to enhance treatment capacity; an inner shredder to shred the input materials and ash remaining at a bottom of the thermal decomposition chamber; a screw conveyor to feed the shredded input material and the ash into the thermal decomposition chamber; a thermal generation chamber to generate electricity; a steam chamber to regenerate electricity through boiler and steam-turbine generator; a dust collector to collect dust; and a monitoring device to monitor the results of a thermal decomposition process.
