Abstract:
An edge-folding device for garment processing, the device comprising a workbench, a rotating shaft, a telescopic device, a mounting plate, a lifting device, a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, an ironing plate, a telescopic rod, a pipeline, a pressing rod, a U-shaped plate, a spring and an electric heating water tank, wherein a mounting groove is provided on the workbench; the U-shaped plate is connected to the mounting groove in a sliding manner; a clamping groove and a through hole are provided on the U-shaped plate; the spring is connected to the mounting groove and the U-shaped plate; the rotating shaft is rotationally arranged on the workbench and the rotating shaft is provided with a limiting assembly; the mounting plate is mounted on the rotating shaft; the lifting device is connected to the first sliding plate; the first sliding plate is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sliding manner; the telescopic device is connected to the second sliding plate; the second sliding plate is connected to the first sliding plate in a sliding manner; the ironing plate is mounted on the second sliding plate; the electric heating water tank is connected to the workbench; the pipeline is connected to the electric heating water tank and the ironing plate; and the pressing rod is connected to the first sliding plate by means of the telescopic rod. By means of the present utility model, creases are made when cloth is ironed, thereby facilitating a worker to fold an edge of the cloth, such that an edge folding efficiency is improved.
