Abstract:
An edge processing apparatus for manufacturing aluminum alloy doors and windows, and a utilization method, which relate to the technical field of grinding apparatuses, and comprise: a linkage rod (205), the linkage rod (205) being rotatably connected to the inside of a mounting block (202), and a processing assembly (2) freely rotating at one end of a holding assembly (1) and capable of changing the utilization included angle thereof, allowing the utilization included angle between the holding assembly (1) and the processing assembly (2) to be freely adjusted and used within the range of zero to ninety degrees, allowing for maintaining a comfortable processing posture while also allowing for switching grinding discs (201) or grinding using the side of a disc. The invention is flexible and convenient, can adapt to various grinding operations on the edges of aluminum alloy door and window frames, and solves the problem of existing grinding apparatuses wherein the holding handle and the grinding structure are integrally designed, making it so that when the utilization mode of the grinding disc changes, the holding posture must be manually changed, which is extremely inconvenient and leaves a worker unable to maintain a comfortable posture for grinding, resulting in high labor intensity and low grinding quality.
