Abstract:
An edge trimming machine comprises a frame (1) and a container (2) provided in the frame for accommodating the product to be trimmed. A rotating device (3) and a gas supply device are provided in the frame. The rotating device drives the product to be trimmed to rotate at high speed to conduct trimming; and the gas supply device provides gas source for the container. The rotating device and the gas supply device are connected with a main control circuit respectively. After the product to be trimmed is put into the container, a vertical cylinder (5) drives a lower half-container (22) to move up to be closed with an upper half-container (21). After the container is closed, a gas tank (4) supplies high-pressure gas to the container, meanwhile the rotating device drives a rotating disk (34) to rotate, thus driving the product to be trimmed to rotate at high speed. The scrap materials of the product to be trimmed are removed during high-speed rotation. The edge trimming machine has advantages of reasonable structural design, clean removal of the scrap materials, reliable product quality, high production efficiency, and low cost.
